Jay went above and beyond the call of duty with our purchase. We closed out of state and Jay drove 3.5 hours to Kentucky just so we didn’t have to close alone. Jay also attended all inspections, and walk throughs in our absence. It was almost like he was buying the home for himself!! Jay was very easy to get ahold of at any time of the day. He was very quick to answer any questions, and kept a very open line of communication. Jay was very informative with the whole process and made the entire purchase very easy. I would recommend Jay Mattlin to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

My family and I relocated to Ohio from out of state. We essentially had one day to come up to Ohio, look at houses, and make a purchase. Jay researched HOA requirements and provided us access to our own MLS search app so we could narrow down our search prior to our trip. He went out of his way to explain our situation to the selling agent of the home we wanted to buy in order to get us the best deal and get items noted on the inspection report corrected before purchase. Since we were relocating from out of state we required help form Jay that most clients probably would not. The things I liked and really appreciated were: - He had a list of homes ready to visit with appointments scheduled in advance of our pre-transfer trip. If a home sold before we arrived he replaced it with another on our list. - Since we were out of town he offered to tour homes for us if we needed him to. - He attended our home inspection for us. - He Face Timed us when he completed our pre-closing walk through. - He went above and beyond and drove to Louisville for our home closing to ensure it went smoothly. - We also liked, and got value from, the literature he provided to us about buying and selling at the beginning of the process. - He dealt with our very unresponsive relocation company without complaint.

Very attentive to our needs to find the perfect house. Was always available for any questions we had and showed us numerous homes. Very friendly and knowledgeable of homes in the area.

It took me a long time to find my home and Jay was more than patient with me! I had a blast and found a house I Love thanks to Jay.
