Jay did a great job handling any issues we had with the seller and answered any questions we had. Jay was very patient with all our questions and anytime a house came on the market he worked around our schedules to make sure we were able to view it as soon as possible.

Jay is awesome to work with he has been available when we need him. He has been quick and knowledgeable with any and all of our questions. Jay was on a business trip during the time he was gone we found a home we ended up falling in love with he was able to get us an agent to help us tour the home very quickly and he done all of the paperwork even while he was away. He maintained close contact with myself and my wife and made sure everything was handled properly. What I liked most about Jay was that he is a very up front person he will tell you his opinion no matter if its bad or great. At any point in our process he was one text away from assistance. I more than recommend Jay he does an awesome job!

Jay will ask you to do two things: Provide him with your pre-approval letter and tell him what you want most in a home. After that, you really don't have to do anything. I know that last statement is not entirely true, but it feels that way. He covers everything! He answers all of your questions. He takes fear and uncertainty out of the process. This allows you to relax and enjoy the entire experience. He gave me a book at the first showing: "The Ultimate Home Buyer's Guide", by Jay Mattlin. This became a valued reference guide. Bravo!! Take the time to read it, often. Jay is with you every step of the way. From the first showing to the last. Putting in an offer. Explaining every detail of the contract. Attending the home inspection. Negotiating a price reduction as a result of the home inspection. Providing a timeline for your reference during the process. When you are on this journey to purchase a home. You soon realize, you have a team: mortgage broker, insurance agent and your realtor. Jay is the team captain.
