Tenant must pay for phone, cable, internet, gas and electric. Owner will pay for water, sewer, pool, grass and snow removal. All tenants must obtain tenants insurance. The landlord's rental policy is in the mls as an attachment. Unit is currently tenant occupied until April 15, 2026. Showings prior to April 15, 2026 will require a min. 24 hour notice. All tenants age 18 and older must complete a credit, criminal, terrorist background check at their expense, which is $50 per person. It is a non refundable fee. If a co-signer is needed, they also will be subject to a $50 per person background check. If selected, rent is payable by personal check or money directly to the owner each month on the first of every month.
